A high schooler skipped out of class at lunch to hunt and he came back with three bears.
Crazy place we live in. I made some Polar bear jerky, tasted pretty good. I went with a Soy Sauce bath, then sprinkled on some Johnnys and Creole seasoning, with some Hot pepper flakes my Mom sent us. Thanks Mom.
Lacy is making amazing corn tortillas nowadays with her cast iron tortilla press. She puts in chunks of garlic, corn, and peppers.
And you can see my hair for crazy hair day. Lacy did a great job, the kids loved it.
